Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the Architecture and Interior Design teams across all projects.

- Drive the conceptualization, planning, design development, and execution of residential, commercial, and redevelopment projects.
- Review and approve architectural and interior design drawings, layouts, specifications, and material selections.
- Coordinate with Projects, MEP, Planning, Liaison, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage external architects, interior consultants, landscape consultants, and design agencies.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, building codes, DCPR norms, and local authority requirements.
- Monitor project design schedules and ensure timely delivery of drawings and design milestones.




- Provide technical guidance and solutions during project execution to address design-related challenges.
- Review value engineering proposals while maintaining design quality and functionality.
- Oversee budgeting and cost optimization related to architectural and interior works.
- Conduct regular design review meetings and site visits to monitor implementation quality.

- Support the Sales and Marketing teams with project presentations, brochures, sample flats, and customer-facing design initiatives. • Drive innovation, sustainability, and industry best practices in architectural and interior design.
