- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in General Surgery (MS or equivalent).
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and a valid license to practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of postgraduate clinical experience in a hospital or surgical setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in performing routine general surgical procedures with a strong emphasis on patient safety and outcomes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work under pressure, make sound clinical decisions, and manage time efficiently in rapid-paced environments.
- Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and adherence to medical standards and protocol
