Description

Hands-on GenAI developer role focused on building assistants, RAG pipelines, and integrations alongside a senior engineer. The work is iterative, feedback-driven, and coordinated with US stakeholders.

Location: Hyderabad, India-Corporate | Onsite

Experience

- Solid Python engineering experience

- REST API development and consumption experience

- JSON/data wrangling experience

- Git workflows experience

- Hands-on LLM app development experience

- Practical RAG implementation experience with at least one vector database or embedding stack

- Working understanding of ML model concepts sufficient to integrate and test predictive models

- Reliable US Central shift availability for stand-ups and intermittent stakeholder connects

- Collaborative, feedback-driven working style

Responsibilities

- Implement assistants and supporting services on the client's platform components

- Develop and maintain LLM-powered assistants

- Implement RAG pipelines from document ingestion through retrieval integration and testing

- Build integrations between assistants, ML model endpoints, data sources, and enterprise systems

- Support model-integration tasks under the senior engineer's direction

- Develop evaluation harnesses and regression checks on assistant behaviour

- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies

- Deliver iteratively against a fast-changing, lightly documented backlog

- Attend daily stand-ups on the US Central pattern

- Exposure to forecasting or analytics use cases

- Commercial domain familiarity

- Pharma domain familiarity

- Cloud services exposure, with AWS preferred

- Containerisation basics

- CI/CD exposure





- Automation or orchestration platform exposure such as UiPath
