The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure SLA/SLO compliance, support team performance, and lead continuous process improvements in a rapid-paced cloud environment. /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n
- Monitor service operations, case management, and queue performance.

- Conduct quality audits and provide coaching to team members.

- Deliver onboarding and ongoing technical training.
/n
- Analyze operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities.

- Manage escalations and ensure process compliance.
/n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

- Knowledge of Storage technologies and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Experience in service operations, case management, and reporting.
