? We’re Hiring: Turf Meet Organisers

Kasa Kai is looking for energetic, responsible, and community-driven people to organise and manage our regular turf games.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sports, interacting with people, managing communities, and taking ownership. You will begin by coordinating games and can grow into a leadership role by managing organisers, locations, and overall city operations.

Role: Turf Meet Organiser / Game Coordinator

Locations: Mumbai and Gurugram

Work Type: Remote/Field-based

Key Responsibilities

- Organise regular football and turf games.
- Coordinate venue bookings, timings, and availability.
- Manage game listings and location-based WhatsApp groups.
- Share announcements, payment links, reminders, and updates.
- Track bookings, payments, cancellations, and waitlists.
- Welcome players, create balanced teams, and manage games on-ground.
- Handle last-minute issues and ensure games start on time.
- Submit attendance, payment, feedback, and game reports.
- Help identify new venues and grow the local sports community.
- Progress towards managing multiple games and organisers.

Who We’re Looking For

- Robust communication and people-management skills.
- Responsible, punctual, organised, and dependable.




- Comfortable using WhatsApp and coordinating with players and venues.
- Available during evenings and weekends.
- Interest in sports, events, sales, or community building.
- Prior experience is helpful but not compulsory.
