SALES HEAD

Location: Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh

Salary: 6 LPA 13 LPA

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead the sales function, drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and manage the sales team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of sales planning, customer relationship management, market development, and team handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new customers, markets, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and track target achievement.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Improve sales conversion and overall revenue through effective sales planning.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer service.




- Handle important customer negotiations and business discussions.
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads, enquiries, and potential business opportunities.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and resolving customer concerns.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 5-12 years in sales, preferably in Furniture / Interior / Building Material / Manufacturing / Retail industry.
- Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Valuable understanding of the local market and customer network.
- Ability to manage and develop a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office/Excel and basic CRM reporting.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Profile Candidates with experience in Furniture, Modular Furniture, Interior Products, Building Materials, or related manufacturing industries will be preferred.
