We are seeking a energetic Fundraising Manager to lead our resource mobilisation objectives and scale our donor networks across diverse channels. The role will focus on crowdfunding, individual donors, Telephone/Mass/Targeted fundraising, donor acquisition, donor retention, and online/offline fundraising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1 Individual Donor Fundraising

- Identify and onboard new individual donors through various outreach channels.
- Implement donor retention and upgrade existing donors.
- Conduct regular donor communication, including impact updates, newsletters, personal calls, and customized messages
- Maintain an updated and clean individual donor database.

2 Crowdfunding · Design and deploy targeted crowdfunding campaigns for specific organizational projects and beneficiaries.

· Craft engaging fundraising narratives, campaign pitches, impact case studies, and donor collateral.

· Partner with digital and creative teams to produce compelling campaign content, social media assets, videos, and regular updates.

· Evaluate and manage external crowdfunding platforms alongside other digital revenue channels

3 Campaign Management

- Plan and execute online and offline fundraising campaigns.
- Track campaign-wise financials and performance.

4 Donor Reporting & Documentation





- Ensure timely acknowledgement and communication with donors.
- Maintain accurate donor records and fundraising databases.
- Prepare monthly fundraising reports and MIS.
- Track campaign-wise and donor-wise collections and coordinate with the finance team for donation reconciliation and documentation.

5 Team Management

- Mentor and supervise fundraising executives/tele-calling teams.
- Set individual and team fundraising targets,
- Train team members in donor communication, fundraising pitches, objection handling, and follow-ups.
- Inspire and motivate the team to achieve fundraising targets.

Educational Qualification

- Minimum 3 to 4 years of Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduate degree Programme from any recognized University.
- Certification in fundraising, digital marketing, nonprofit management, or a related area will be an advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in NGO fundraising, crowdfunding, individual donor fundraising, TMM/tele-calling fundraising, sales, business development, or resource mobilisation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
