Hirely is recruiting on behalf of a hiring partner for a Full-Stack Software Engineer chance supporting a leading AI lab's next-generation Generative AI initiatives. You'll build, integrate, and test real software around frontier AI models, working across modern backend and frontend technologies while helping identify and resolve model and integration issues.

What You'll Do:

- Build and ship full-stack applications, services, and internal tools using Python, Java, Rust, C#, C++, or TypeScript .
- Integrate model APIs, tool interfaces, evaluation harnesses, and telemetry.
- Diagnose and document model and integration failures.
- Prototype quickly against evolving requirements and deliver working solutions.
- Work with backend services, APIs, frontend frameworks, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain strong code quality, architecture, and documentation.

Who We're Looking For:

- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production software.
- Strong experience with at least one of Python, Java, Rust, C#, or C++ , plus working proficiency in a second language.
- Hands-on full-stack experience with backend APIs, React or equivalent frontend frameworks, databases, and cloud deployment.




- Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar codebases and deliver production-quality work.
- Demonstrated career progression and strong engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to work 40 hours/week during weekdays.
- Strong written communication and ability to explain technical decisions clearly.

Compensation & Engagement:

- $25-$30/hour
- Full-time contractor engagement
- 40 hours/week
