Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Engineer role based in Kochi.
The Full Stack
Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications that power AcreAce’s AI-driven real estate platform, working across both front-end and back-end layers. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new product features, integrating APIs and data services, optimizing performance, and ensuring reliability and scalability of the system. The role involves collaborating closely with product, data, and design teams to translate user and business requirements into robust technical solutions. The engineer will also participate in code reviews, improve development workflows, and contribute to security and quality best practices.
Qualifications
- Front-end development skills, such as proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI design.
- Back-end development and API skills, including experience with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Java), RESTful or GraphQL APIs, and integration with databases.
- Database and infrastructure skills, such as working with SQL/NoSQL databases, basic cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), and familiarity with CI/CD and containerization tools.
- Software engineering fundamentals, including clean coding practices, version control with Git, testing strategies, and debugging and performance optimization.
- Problem-solving and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience building scalable web applications or platforms; domain exposure to real estate or AI-driven products is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Kochi and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
