We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer with 5–8 years of experience to build internal applications, automation tools, API integrations, and AI-enabled workflows. This role is ideal for someone with strong engineering fundamentals, clean coding practices, and the ability to independently deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, deploy, and maintain internal tools, dashboards, portals, scripts, and workflow automations.
- Develop frontend interfaces using React/Next.js and backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and REST APIs.
- Build reliable API integrations, data flows, authentication patterns, validation, logging, and error handling.
- Integrate AI capabilities such as LLM APIs, prompt workflows, agent-based automation, and AI-assisted development.
- Maintain clean code, Git workflows, documentation, setup notes, and technical handover materials.

Required Qualifications

- 5–8 years of full-stack development experience in software engineering, internal tools, automation, or platform/tooling roles.
- Robust hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, Express.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience building REST APIs, integrating services, working with JSON, authentication, authorization, databases, and data transformation.
- Strong working knowledge of Git, npm/yarn, command line tools, debugging, logging, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Ability to own technical decisions, troubleshoot issues, document implementation details, and deliver independently.

Core Technical Skills

- Frontend/backend: JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, Express.js, HTML5, CSS3.
- APIs/integrations: REST APIs, JSON, middleware, authentication, authorization, validation, error handling, and logging.
- Automation/AI: Python, Bash, scripting, workflow automation, LLM APIs, prompt orchestration, and agent workflows.
- Engineering practices: Git, pull requests, testing basics,



documentation, secure coding basics, and maintainable design.

Tools & Working Style

- Comfortable across the full SDLC, from technical discovery and build to deployment, support, and handover.
- Uses Jira, Workfront, Excel, Microsoft 365, Git, VS Code, and documentation tools to manage delivery.
- Works independently, estimates effort, flags dependencies, and makes pragmatic technical decisions.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with Azure, CI/CD, serverless functions, CMS platforms, marketing technology, or enterprise integrations.
- Prior experience building AI-enabled prototypes, automation agents, workflow assistants, or productivity tools.
