About HiWox HiWox is building a HealthTech and wellness platform focused on preventive healthcare, personalized wellness, health intelligence, and measurable transformation through 9 areas of wellness :

Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Social, Spiritual, Occupational, Environmental, Financial, and Sexual & Reproductive Wellness. We are currently in the initial product testing and development stage and are building the technology, healthcare expert ecosystem, and wellness frameworks required to make personalized wellness measurable and scalable.

This is an equity-only founding team opportunity , with no fixed salary until we secure funding and stabilize revenue.

As a Full-Stack App Developer at HiWox, your primary responsibilities would include:

- Build and maintain HiWox's mobile application and backend ecosystem.
- Develop user-facing features for wellness assessments, profiles, personalized plans, progress tracking, consultations, subscriptions, and engagement.
- Build dashboards and interfaces for users, healthcare/wellness consultants, administrators, and business partners.
- Develop secure APIs, backend services, databases, authentication, notifications, and integrations.
- Implement HiWox's 9-domain wellness assessment and Digital Health Index (DHI) into the application.
- Work closely with healthcare and wellness experts to convert their frameworks into practical digital workflows.
- Integrate data science, AI/ML models, wearables, healthcare devices, and third-party APIs as the product evolves.
- Build systems for collecting and presenting wellness, lifestyle, assessment, and progress data.




- Ensure the application is scalable, secure, responsive, and reliable.
- Handle debugging, testing, deployment, monitoring, version control, and ongoing product improvements.
- Work closely with the founder, product designer, data scientist, and healthcare experts to translate product requirements into working features.
- Contribute to product architecture and technical decisions rather than simply executing predefined tasks.

Immediate Priorities — First 90 Days
- Understand HiWox's product architecture and technology roadmap.
- Build and improve the core HiWox application.
- Implement the 9-domain wellness assessment framework.
- Develop the initial Digital Health Index workflow.
- Build user, consultant, and admin modules.
- Establish scalable backend, database, authentication, and API architecture.
- Integrate relevant AI, data, and healthcare technologies.




- Establish proper development, testing, deployment, and documentation practices.
- Prepare the technical foundation for future wearable/device integrations and personalized wellness recommendations.
