About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GIS Full-Stack Developer with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in software development, particularly within the geospatial domain. This pivotal role involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive geospatial applications that cater to complex spatial data processing and visualization needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, GIS technologies, and database management. An essential aspect of this role is the integration of Agentic AI to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and develop smarter spatial tools. The Senior GIS Full-Stack Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative geospatial solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.



A minimum of 3 years of qualified experience in full-stack development, with a focus on GIS applications, is required. Proven expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular, along with proficiency in TypeScript and CSS3/Tailwind, is essential.

Experience with server-side technologies like Node.js and Python (FastAPI or Flask) is also necessary. Candidates should have hands-on experience with GIS core technologies including ArcGIS API, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, PostGIS, GeoServer, and OGC standards such as WMS/WFS. Familiarity with mapping libraries like ArcGIS JavaScript APIs, Mapbox GL JS, Leaflet, or OpenLayers is required.

Additionally, knowledge of AI workflows, prompt engineering, and automation tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or custom LLM agents is highly desirable.

Experience with DevOps practices, including Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services such as AWS or Azure, will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks, ensuring responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
- Integrate spatial data APIs and libraries, including ESRI ArcGIS for Enterprise, ArcPy, and other GIS tools, into web applications to enable advanced geospatial functionalities.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs, manage spatial databases like ESRI SDE on PostgreSQL or MS SQL, and ensure data integrity and performance.




- Leverage Agentic AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or custom LLM agents to automate workflows, expedite debugging, generate documentation, and prototype new features efficiently.
- Develop algorithms for complex spatial analysis, data visualization, and spatial queries to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to translate client requirements into technical solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging GIS and AI technologies, continuously improving application performance and capabilities.
