Skillnet Learning LLP is hiring freshers and recent graduates to work on real-world Manufacturing Technology Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs).

Eligibility Candidates with B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / Diploma in:

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Zirakpur, Punjab location for fresh graduates interested in Technology and Engineering careers. Day-to-day responsibilities may include participating in structured training programs, supporting engineering and technology projects, assisting in programming and system development tasks, and contributing to research and analysis activities. Individuals will collaborate with mentors and project teams, document findings, prepare reports, and help implement solutions in digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 environments. The role also involves learning and applying engineering concepts, following defined processes,



and continuously upgrading skills through hands-on assignments and workshops.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to interpret data, solve problems, and contribute to technical projects.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams, present ideas clearly, and prepare technical documentation.
- Candidates should possess Programming skills in language (such as C, C++, Java, Python, or similar) to support software, automation, or data-related tasks.
- Candidates should possess foundational Electrical Engineering knowledge to understand circuits, systems, and industrial technologies relevant to digital manufacturing.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
- Ability to learn quickly, handle structured training, and adapt to evolving Industry 4.0 technologies is highly beneficial.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, or industrial systems is an advantage but not mandatory for freshers.
