Position: Front Desk BDE

Salary: ₹15,000 Take-Home + Incentives

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: 12 A.M.C. Garden Road, Near Dumdum Junction Railway Station

Job Responsibilities

- Handle front desk and customer interactions professionally.
- Welcome and assist customers/visitors and understand their requirements.
- Build good rapport and long-term relationships with customers.
- Promote company products/services and explain their features and benefits.
- Generate sales leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide proper assistance.




- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer service and sales conversion.

Candidate Requirement:
- Prior experience in Sales, Customer Handling, Front Desk, Business Development or Product Promotion will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust customer-handling and relationship-building ability.
- Confident in product promotion and sales conversion.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Presentable, polite and professional personality.

Compensation ₹15,000 Take-Home + Attractive Incentive Plan

Candidates with good sales experience and proven customer-conversion skills will be preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
