Role: Digital Acquisition Executive

Location: Work from Home





What you will do:

- Assist and guide clients in opening Demat & Trading accounts
- Explain account opening process, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Support clients throughout the onboarding journey until activation
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications
- Maintain CRM hygiene and update lead status regularly
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal compliance guidelines

Who you are:

- Graduate (MBA/Finance preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in tele-calling / customer support / onboarding / financial services
- Basic understanding of Demat accounts
- Strong communication skills (English + Hindi mandatory)
- Attention to detail (documentation & compliance)
- Ability to handle NRI clients professionally.
