Professional Photographer – Duties & Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute professional photography and videography for the hotel, restaurants, events, and brand activities.
- Capture high-quality photographs of guest rooms, suites, restaurants, food, beverages, facilities, décor, staff, events, and special occasions.
- Create professional reels, short videos, promotional videos, walkthroughs, and social media content.
- Develop creative content ideas based on current trends and the brand's identity.
- Cover hotel events, festivals, celebrations, corporate events, weddings, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Take professional food photography and beverage photography for menus, social media, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Photograph staff, management, guests, ambassadors, and special moments while maintaining professionalism and appropriate permissions.
- Conduct lifestyle and promotional photoshoots for hotel and restaurant marketing.
- Plan photoshoot concepts, locations, props, lighting, angles, backgrounds, and compositions.
- Operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, tripods, microphones, gimbals, and other production equipment.
- Record high-quality video suitable for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, websites, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
- Edit photographs using qualified editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop,



or equivalent tools.
- Edit videos and reels using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
- Perform color correction, retouching, cropping, background cleanup, image enhancement, and video grading.
- Add suitable music, subtitles, transitions, graphics, voiceovers, and branding elements to video content.
- Create content in different formats such as Instagram Reels, Stories, posts, promotional videos, banners, posters, and website visuals.
- Maintain consistency in the brand's visual style, color, tone, and presentation.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, HR, F&B;, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Management to understand content requirements.
- Create content for recruitment campaigns, employee activities, birthdays, celebrations, festivals, and internal communication.
- Assist the marketing team in developing monthly and weekly content plans.
- Maintain an organized archive of photographs, videos, raw footage, edited content, and brand assets.
- Ensure proper naming, categorization, storage, and backup of media files.
- Maintain and take proper care of all photography and videography equipment.
- Check camera batteries, memory cards, lighting equipment, microphones, and other equipment before shoots.
- Coordinate with models, employees, chefs, staff, vendors, and other participants during photoshoots.
- Ensure photographs and videos are delivered within agreed timelines.
- Research current photography, videography, social media, and hospitality content trends.
- Monitor competitor and industry content to develop fresh and creative ideas.
- Assist with promotional campaigns, digital advertisements,



website updates, and online branding.
- Maintain confidentiality of internal hotel activities, guest information, and unreleased promotional material.
- Follow hotel grooming, safety, guest-service, and professional conduct standards while working.
- Obtain appropriate permission before photographing or recording guests and private events.
- Ensure content represents the hotel/brand professionally and positively.
