Franchise Development

- Identify and generate leads for new franchise opportunities across targeted regions • Conduct meetings, presentations, and site evaluations for prospective franchisees • Drive end-to-end franchise sales cycle (lead generation → negotiation → closure) • Ensure proper onboarding and support to recent franchise partners 2.

Book Sales & Distribution:

- Promote and sell Brainy Bears curriculum books and learning materials • Develop and manage distribution networks (schools, vendors, dealers)



• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for books and educational products • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business 3.

Market Expansion & Strategy:

- Conduct market research to identify new territories and growth opportunities • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand presence • Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events ___ Key Requirements:
- Experience: 3–8 years in Business Development / Sales Preferred Background o Franchise sales (education sector preferred) o Book publishing, distribution, or academic sales • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to travel for client meetings and franchise development • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach ___ Educational Qualification:
