Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Franchise Associate to manage and drive retail sales operations at our partner/franchise outlet in Cuttack (CDA Sector 10). You will represent Birla Opus Paints, interact directly with walk-in customers, painters, and contractors, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Store & Counter Sales: Handle day-to-day sales operations, product demonstrations, and order processing at the franchise store.
- Customer Relationship Management: Assist end-customers, interior designers, and painting contractors in selecting the right products and shade options.
- Contractor & Painter Engagement: Build and maintain strong networks with local painters, contractors, and builders to drive repeat business.
- Stock & Inventory Coordination: Monitor product availability, stock levels, and coordinate with distributors/depot for timely order replenishment.




- Promotions & Branding: Ensure optimal product display, merchandising, and active participation in local marketing campaigns and contractor meets.

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹14,999 / month
- Daily Allowance (TA/DA): ₹130 / day
- Incentive: Up to ₹12,000 / month (performance-based)

Candidate Profile / Requirements

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in retail sales, counter sales, paints, building materials, or hardware (Freshers with solid communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Language: Proficiency in Odia and Hindi (English is a plus).
