Avelwyn is building a new kind of entertainment company: immersive, story-led worlds that people can actually step into.
And it's not an event management company or startup.
Our first proof-of-concept is a large winterworld experience in a research based indian city in December 2026.
But the ambition is much bigger than one winterworld event.
We're building the operating system, creative IP and team that can take Avelwyn into multiple worlds and multiple cities.
I'm looking for one exceptional person to build this with me from the ground up.
This is not an internship.
You won't be joining to "help with an event."
You'll be joining at the stage where there is still nothing built—and helping decide what the company becomes.
As the founding operating partner, you'll work directly with me on:
Building the team
Finding and securing venues
Creating supplier and production networks
Developing operating systems
Building partnerships and sponsorships
Turning the first experience into a repeatable model
You'll have meaningful ownership over the operating side of Avelwyn and the prospect to grow into a long-term founding leadership role.
Who I'm looking for
You might be a university student, recent graduate or early-career professional.
Your degree isn't the important part.
I'm looking for someone who:
→ Takes ownership without being asked
→ Can turn ambiguity into action
→ Has built or organized something before
→ Is comfortable talking to strangers, negotiating and solving problems
→ Wants to build a company—not simply get a job
→ Can commit seriously during the build
Experience in events, entrepreneurship, hospitality, operations, sales, logistics, college festivals or business development is useful, but exceptional execution matters more than credentials.
What you get
You'll be joining before the first Avelwyn world exists.
That means you won't inherit a finished machine.
You'll help build the machine.
For the right long-term person, this can develop into a genuine founding leadership position with meaningful equity, structured formally as the relationship develops.
One thing I care about
I'm not looking for someone who wants to "work for my idea."
I'm looking for someone who looks at the idea and thinks:
“Let's build this together.”
If that sounds like you, send me a message with:
- Something you've built or organized
- Why Avelwyn interests you
- What you think you could personally own
