About the Role
Shutty is building a dynamic social productivity platform, and we’re looking for a sharp, high-energy Founder’s Associate to work directly alongside the founder.
This is not a traditional corporate role with a rigid scope. You will be a true generalist—a classic “jack of all trades, master of none (though often better than a master of one).” From supporting high-stakes VC pitch preparation to jumping into day-to-day product operations, community building, and ad-hoc problem-solving, your job is to help turn vision into execution and keep momentum high.
What You’ll Do
- VC & Fundraising Support: Help craft compelling pitch decks, refine story arcs, gather market data, and prep for investor meetings.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Wear multiple hats across operations, product feedback, basic marketing, and user research. If something needs doing, you figure it out.
- Founder Leverage: Act as a strategic sparring partner, taking high-level concepts and distilling them into actionable plans, presentations, and workflows.
- Special Projects:
Lead exploratory initiatives—whether that’s testing a new distribution channel, organizing community launch events, or setting up internal tooling.
