Job Purpose The Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the QSR outlet by ensuring efficient food and beverage preparation, excellent customer service, cleanliness, and adherence to company and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve food and beverages as per standard recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient customer service.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of food items.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, service area, equipment, counters, and dining area.
- Check the quality, freshness, and presentation of food and beverages before serving.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food preparation and outlet operations.
- Assist in opening and closing activities of the outlet.
- Maintain proper stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages or damaged items.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper portion control.
- Handle packaging and presentation of takeaway and delivery orders accurately.
- Support inventory counting and basic stock management when required.




- Operate POS/order management systems and follow the company's payment procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth order flow.
- Handle customer queries and escalate complaints or issues to the supervisor when required.
- Follow attendance, grooming, uniform, and workplace discipline standards.
- Assist other team members during peak hours to maintain smooth outlet operations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Cafe Supervisor or Manager.

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 10th/12th standard or equivalent.
- Previous experience in QSR, cafe, restaurant, food service, or hospitality will be an advantage.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn may also be considered.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
