Role Description The Flutter Developer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. In this role, the developer will design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring smooth performance and intuitive user interfaces for AR-enhanced learning experiences.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with product and design teams, writing clean and scalable code, integrating back-end services and APIs, troubleshooting and resolving bugs, and optimizing applications for speed and usability. The developer will participate in code reviews, follow best practices for version control and documentation,



and contribute to continuous improvement of the development workflow. This role also involves staying current with Flutter updates and mobile development trends to help evolve the company’s technology stack.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust foundations in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software architecture principles.
- Candidates should possess solid skills in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) for building maintainable and scalable applications.
- Candidates should possess experience in Software Development and Back-End Web Development, including working with APIs, databases, and server-side integration.
- Hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, including building and deploying production-ready mobile applications.
- Familiarity with mobile UI/UX best practices, responsive design, and performance optimization.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
