We at Kailash Healthcare Ltd is urgently hiring for Floor Manager role for Kailash Hospital & Neuro Hospital, Sec 71, Noida.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage patient flow, ensuring timely admission, discharge, and transfer within the hospital.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of IP DRG protocols and emergency response plans.
- Oversee PCS (Patient Care Services) team, providing guidance on patient care standards and quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor hospital performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 1-12 years of experience in hospital administration or management.
- Robust knowledge of Hospital Admission & Operations, ICU operations, including admissions, discharges, transfers, and emergency procedures.
- Excellent coordination skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
- Should be comfortable with Morning, Evening & Night Shift
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
