Fitness Center Manager – Sales & Memberships/n Location: Bangalore /n Employment Type: Full-time /n Chakra is looking for a commercially driven Fitness Center Manager with strong experience in membership sales, lead conversion and customer relationship management. /n This is a sales-focused role. We're looking for someone who is comfortable spending a significant part of their day speaking to leads and customers over the phone, following up consistently and working towards transparent monthly revenue targets. What You'll Do/n /n

- Make outbound calls to new leads, past riders and existing customers throughout the day

/n

- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries and trials into paying customers

/n

- Drive membership/package sales, renewals and upgrades

/n

- Re-engage inactive customers and bring them back to Chakra

/n

- Follow up consistently with leads until they convert

/n

- Build relationships with riders and identify opportunities to increase retention and spend

/n

- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update lead trackers/CRM daily

/n

- Work towards clear individual monthly sales and revenue targets

/n

- Track conversions and take ownership of your sales performance

/n

- Support the smooth commercial performance of Chakra's studios

/n





- Work closely with studio teams to understand occupancy, customer feedback and opportunities to drive additional revenue

/n Who We're Looking For/n /n

- Prior experience working in a gym, fitness center, boutique fitness studio or similar membership-based fitness business is strongly preferred

/n

- Experience in fitness membership sales, center management or a similar customer-facing commercial role

/n

- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day

/n

- Proven experience working towards sales or membership targets

/n

- Confident, persuasive and personable on the phone and in person

/n

- Persistent with follow-ups and comfortable asking for the sale

/n

- Strong understanding of lead conversion, renewals and customer retention

/n

- Highly organized and disciplined about maintaining lead trackers and CRM

/n

- Strong communication skills in English

/n

- Target-driven, proactive and commercially minded
