Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Financial Advisor at Star Health & Allied Insurance Co. Ltd.

The Financial

Advisor will engage with customers to understand their financial goals and risk profiles, and recommend suitable health and related insurance products as part of comprehensive financial planning. Daily tasks include assessing client needs, explaining policy features and advantages, creating tailored financial and insurance plans, and providing guidance on investments and retirement planning where appropriate.



The role involves maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, conducting regular reviews of their financial and insurance portfolios, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.

The Financial

Advisor will collaborate with internal teams and use digital tools to support clients efficiently, while contributing to business growth through ethical and customer-centric advisory services.

Qualifications

- Strong financial planning skills, including experience in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning.
- Solid understanding of Finance principles and practical exposure to Investments.
- Proven ability to provide Financial Advisory services with a customer-focused, ethical approach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills for engaging diverse clients.
- Comfort with remote work, digital tools, and basic proficiency in MS Office and online collaboration platforms.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Knowledge of insurance products, especially health and personal accident insurance, and familiarity with Indian financial and regulatory environment is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze client information, make data-driven recommendations, and work towards clear performance and service targets.
