Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance/Accounts Manager with 5–8 years of experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and budgeting to ensure the financial health and regulatory compliance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and PF/ESIC compliance.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management to ensure smooth business operations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Review and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and inter-company transactions.




- Prepare MIS reports and present financial insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial operations.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and government authorities as required.
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory deductions.
- Assist in resolving financial discrepancies, audit queries, and compliance issues as needed.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com/M.Com); CA (Inter)/CMA/MBA Finance preferred.

Good to Have

- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in accounting, finance, or audit roles.
- Experience handling multi-entity or multi-location financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and corporate compliance.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or Zoho Books.
- Familiarity with ROC filings and company secretarial coordination.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines during month-end and year-end closures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel including advanced formulas and financial modeling.
