About the role:

We are looking for a high-calibre Finance Manager with 2–3 years of relevant experience to take ownership of financial planning, reporting, accounting, controls, and business finance.

The ideal candidate will have experience from a Big 4 firm, Investment Banking, Family Office, or reputed Accounting/Finance firm, with robust exposure to financial analysis, accounting, reporting, and working with senior stakeholders.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting

- Own and manage day-to-day financial reporting and analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management dashboards.
- Track revenue, expenses, cash flows, receivables, payables, and working capital.
- Analyse financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- Provide actionable insights to management on financial performance and key variances.
- Maintain accurate and timely financial records.

Financial Planning & Analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Develop financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct profitability, cost, variance, and scenario analysis.
- Track key financial and operational metrics.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and improved financial efficiency.

Accounting & Compliance
- Oversee accounting processes and ensure books are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with internal and external accounting/audit teams.
- Support statutory audits, tax compliance,



and financial reporting requirements.
- Strengthen financial controls and accounting processes.
- Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards, policies, and internal controls.

Business Finance & Strategic Support
- Work closely with leadership on financial and business decisions.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, investments, and strategic initiatives from a financial perspective.
- Prepare financial analyses and presentations for senior management.
- Support due diligence, fundraising, M&A;, or investment-related activities, where applicable.
- Translate financial data into clear business insights and recommendations.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for candidates with:

- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Background in one or more of the following:
- Big 4 – Audit, Transaction Advisory, Deals, Financial Advisory, or related functions.
- Investment Banking / Private Equity / Investment Management.
- Family Office.
- Reputed Accounting / Finance / Advisory firm.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial statements.
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.




- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Comfort working with senior leadership and handling confidential financial information.

Preferred Qualification:

- CA / CA Inter / CFA / MBA Finance / equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience with financial modelling, FP&A;, MIS, valuation, or transaction advisory will be an advantage.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems and financial reporting tools is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
