Role Description The Finance Executive will work full time on-site at the Chennai office, supporting core finance and accounting functions for the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, assisting with monthly and annual financial reporting, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.

The role will involve handling Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, including documentation, reconciliations, and coordination with external advisors as needed.

The Finance

Executive will also analyze financial data to identify trends, variances,



and opportunities for cost optimization, and will collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions. This role requires maintaining organized financial records, supporting internal controls, and contributing to timely closing of books and audit readiness.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Finance, with the ability to understand and apply core financial concepts in a business environment.
- Hands-on experience preparing and working with Financial Statements and supporting Financial Reporting activities.
- Proficiency in Goods and Services Tax (GST) processes, compliance requirements, and related documentation.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, performing variance analysis, and generating insights.
- Working knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel for financial modeling, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA Finance) are an advantage.
- Attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
