Job Title: Finance - Controllership

Location: Greater Noida (5days WFO)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with robust experience in Finance Controllership, financial reporting, and month-end book closure. The role will support overseas entities, primarily the UK business, and will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial statements, compliance, AP/AR operations, and stakeholder management with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end month-end and year-end book closure activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Handle finance controllership activities for overseas entities, particularly UK operations.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
- Support budgeting, accruals, provisions, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with statutory and internal controls.
- Partner with UK finance stakeholders and business teams for reporting, governance, and financial reviews.




- Monitor financial performance and drive process improvements across finance operations.
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

- CA is Mandatory.
- 5+ years of experience in Finance Controllership and Financial Reporting.
- Strong experience in month-end book closure and preparation of financial statements.
- Hands-on exposure to AP, AR, reconciliations, and general accounting.
- Experience supporting overseas entities, preferably UK or other international markets.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with global teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Experience

- Experience managing finance operations for multinational organizations.
- Exposure to UK accounting/reporting environment will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience interacting with overseas business and finance leaders.
