Finance Associate /n /n Role Overview: /n The role involves managing end-to-end finance operations including invoicing, reconciliation, reporting, compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial tracking, timely reporting, and adherence to regulatory requirements. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n Invoicing & Billing: /n /n

- Manage Cocoblu uploads and B2B invoicing processes

/n

- Coordinate IRN generation and ensure compliance with invoicing regulations

/n /n Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable: /n /n

- Perform AR/AP reconciliation on a regular basis

/n

- Manage customer and vendor accounts, ensuring timely settlements

/n /n Receivables Management: /n /n

- Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments

/n

- Prepare periodic reports on receivables status and aging

/n /n GRIR Monitoring: /n /n

- Monitor Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt (GRIR) accounts

/n

- Coordinate with the sourcing team to resolve discrepancies

/n /n Audit & Compliance: /n /n

- Support internal and IFC audits

/n

- Ensure adherence to financial controls and audit requirements

/n /n Cash Flow Management: /n /n

- Track daily cash flow and prepare reports

/n

- Assist in maintaining liquidity and cash planning





/n /n Insurance Tracking: /n /n

- Monitor insurance policies and maintain relevant records

/n

- Ensure timely renewals and reporting

/n /n Inventory Management: /n /n

- Perform inventory reconciliation

/n

- Coordinate with the warehouse team to resolve mismatches

/n /n Regulatory Compliance: /n /n

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including EDPMS

/n

- Maintain documentation and support compliance reporting

/n /n Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination: /n /n

- Prepare customer reports and track settlement status

/n

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operations

/n /n /n Key Skills & Requirements: /n /n

- Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

/n

- Experience in invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting

/n

- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., EDPMS, GST, IRN)

/n

- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

/n

- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems

/n

- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance operations
