Role & responsibilities

Healthy Jeena Sikho is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and entering accounting data into the company system. The role requires precision, confidentiality, and a basic understanding of accounting processes. ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES RESIDING IN MOHALI

- Enter and maintain financial data such as sales records, purchase invoices, expenses, and payments.
- Record daily transactions in Excel, accounting software, or ERP systems.
- Maintain proper records of vendor bills, invoices, and receipts.
- Verify and cross-check financial data before entry to ensure accuracy.
- Assist the accounts team in updating ledgers and maintaining financial documentation.
- Organize and maintain digital records of financial documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for missing or incomplete financial information.
- Support in preparing basic financial reports when required.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Robust attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Preferred Qualifications





- Any graduate or 12th pass can apply
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software is a plus.
- Prior experience in accounting data entry or finance support roles preferred.
