We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our team at Bloody Brilliant (Brilliant Scientist Pvt. Ltd.). The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies that get more pharmacies, retailers, and distributors stocking our bandages and wound care products. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000–20,000 per month and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Close sales through various methods like cold calling, in-store presentations, and door-to-door visits to pharmacies and retailers.
- Build strong relationships with pharmacy owners, retailers, and distributors, and meet monthly sales targets.
- Research and develop creative sales strategies to get Bloody Brilliant products onto more shelves.
- Report performance metrics and territory feedback to the founders regularly.
- Maintain and grow the client database effectively.
Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is a graduate degree with 1–5 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or distribution (FMCG, pharma, or healthcare preferred). Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have valuable communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
