Shine Woods Interiors is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate business through robust relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, and other industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit and build relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders & Contractors.
- Generate new interior project leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Promote ShineWoods Interiors' interior design and execution services.
- Identify upcoming residential and commercial projects and generate business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads from enquiry → meeting → site visit → quotation → project confirmation.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams for client meetings, site visits, quotations, and presentations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and develop long-term architect/designer referral networks.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and project status.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in field sales / business development.
- Experience in interiors,



construction, modular furniture, building materials, or related industries preferred.
- Existing contacts with Architects / Interior Designers / Builders will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with frequent field visits and client meetings.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of the Coimbatore market is preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
