Job Role

- Field Sales Executive

B2B Project Sales

- Develop new business opportunities from projects, contractors, and institutional customers.

- Generate current sales enquiries and develop new customer accounts.

- Identify upcoming commercial, industrial, government, and institutional projects.

- Promote HVAC, plumbing, piping, valves, actuators, pumps, and other building-services products.

- Understand customer requirements, project specifications, and BOQs.

- Develop long-term business relationships with contractors, consultants, builders, and project customers.

Field Sales &

- Site Visits

- Regularly visit HVAC, MEP, plumbing contractors, builders, consultants, and project sites.

- Conduct customer meetings and understand project requirements.

- Follow up with customers and project teams regarding ongoing and upcoming requirements.

- Travel across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, and nearby markets for business development.

- Maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers.

Quotation &

- Order Management

- Coordinate with the internal team for product selection and quotation preparation.

- Follow up on quotations and negotiate commercial terms with customers.

- Convert enquiries into purchase orders.

- Track sales opportunities, enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.

- Coordinate with accounts and dispatch teams when required.

- Ensure timely follow-up until order completion.

Market &

- Competitor Analysis

- Collect information about upcoming projects and market opportunities.

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products, and customer requirements.

- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

- Provide relevant market feedback to the management and sales team.

Sales Target Management





- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Maintain regular sales activity and customer visit records.

- Develop the customer base and increase business from existing accounts.

- Work independently to achieve business development and revenue objectives.

- Commercial Skills

- Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, piping, pumps, valves, or building-services products.

- Basic understanding of quotations and commercial negotiations.

- Ability to understand customer requirements and project BOQs.

- Good knowledge of project-based sales processes.

Personal Skills

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Comfortable with regular field visits.

- Good time management and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.

Additional Requirements

- Two-wheeler preferred/required for local field travel.

- Candidate should be comfortable travelling within Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, and nearby areas.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate preferred.

- Diploma candidates can apply.

- Candidates with strong relevant industry experience may also apply.
