Role Description The Field Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. The person in this role will visit designated locations to source candidates, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate walk-in interviews and recruitment drives. Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential candidates, explaining job opportunities clearly, collecting and verifying candidate information, and maintaining accurate records of outreach and interviews.

The Field

Recruiter will collaborate with the central HR or recruitment team to share updates, schedule further interviews,



and ensure that hiring targets are met on time. This role also involves building local networks for candidate sourcing, representing the company professionally in the field, and providing feedback on market trends to improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse candidates in person.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple hiring activities, maintain records, and meet daily or weekly targets.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, travel locally for field activities, and adapt to agile recruitment schedules.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones, email, and spreadsheets for candidate tracking and reporting.
- Prior experience in field recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment, with a proactive and reliable work ethic.
- Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th) or bachelor’s degree in any discipline; HR or related specialization is a plus.
- Knowledge of local languages in Navi Mumbai and surrounding areas will be beneficial.
