Source candidates through field activities, referrals, and local networks.
Screen candidates and complete the onboarding process.
Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
Coordinate with the operations team for timely closures.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of Sales/Field Sales/Recruitment experience.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with field work and target-based hiring.
