Ltd. is looking for a driven individual to join as Fellow under the project. If you are passionate about field operations, community mobilization, and managing on ground service delivery, this role is for you! ? Key Responsibilities 1) Lead community engagement and outreach to drive awareness and access to government welfare schemes.
- Drive citizen outreach, scheme applications, Haqdarshak onboarding, and district-level targets.
- Manage field engagement and community mobilization across Gurugram.
- Coordinate with communities and government stakeholders across social security, livelihood,
financial inclusion, and entrepreneurship initiatives.
- Train and support Haqdarshaks for effective last-mile service delivery. ? Requirements 1) Candidate must be based in Gurugram + 6 days working 2) 0–3 years of experience in field operations / social sector / community engagement 3) Must have a two-wheeler and laptop preferred 4) Solid communication skills with ability to conduct field visits, coordinate with stakeholders, and interact with clients ?
