Position Overview:
Dhyan Health Care is seeking a qualified and dedicated DNB Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centred medical care across a broad range of acute and chronic conditions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound clinical judgement, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering safe and quality healthcare.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient consultation and comprehensive primary care.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Evaluate patients and prescribe appropriate treatment.
- Monitor patients with diabetes, hypertension, and other chronic conditions.
- Review laboratory and diagnostic reports.
- Identify emergency cases and provide initial management or timely referral.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Provide preventive healthcare and lifestyle counselling.
- Coordinate with consultants and other healthcare professionals when required.
- Maintain skilled and compassionate communication with patients.
