Faculty – Environmental Studies & Sustainability / General Management /n /n Institution: ATLAS SkillTech University /n Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra /n Department: School of Management / Sustainability Studies /n Reports To: Head of Department /n /n Role Overview /n /n ATLAS SkillTech University is seeking a dynamic and interdisciplinary faculty member to teach Environmental Studies & Sustainability alongside General Management courses. The ideal candidate will combine strong academic grounding with industry awareness, capable of connecting sustainability principles to real-world business practice and preparing students for careers in a rapidly evolving, ESG-driven economy. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n Design and deliver engaging courses in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, ESG, and core General Management subjects across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. /n Develop curriculum, learning outcomes, assessments, and course material aligned with industry needs and academic standards. /n Integrate experiential, case-based, and project-based learning into teaching. /n Mentor and advise students on academic progress, projects, and career pathways. /n Contribute to research, publications, and thought leadership in sustainability and management. /n Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and capstone work. /n Participate in curriculum review, accreditation, and quality assurance processes. /n Engage with industry partners for guest lectures, live projects, internships, and placements.



/n Contribute to the university's sustainability initiatives and interdisciplinary programs. /n /n Qualifications &

Experience /n Ph.D. (or near completion) in Environmental Science/Studies, Sustainability, Management, or a related discipline.
