Job Type: Full Time 12 HOURS DUTY

Experience: 2–5 Years in TPE/TPR/TPO Compounding

Job Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor TPE Twin-Screw Extruder machine.
- Start-up, shutdown and operate the complete extrusion line safely.
- Set and monitor temperature zones, RPM, pressure, feeding speed and torque as per formulation.
- Handle raw material feeding and dosing according to production formulation.
- Monitor extruder output, strand/die-face cutting and pellet quality.
- Maintain consistent production as per required quality and quantity targets.
- Identify and troubleshoot common machine/process problems during production.
- Monitor material flow, melt pressure, temperature and machine load.
- Coordinate with the production and quality team for product specifications.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, 5S and safety standards around the machine.
- Record production data,



batch details and machine parameters.
- Ensure proper cleaning and changeover of the extrusion line between batches.

Required Skills & Qualification
- 2–5 years of experience in TPE / TPR / TPO compounding preferred.
- Practical experience with Twin-Screw Extruder.
- Knowledge of polymers such as SEBS, SBS, PP, oil and additives.
- Understanding of basic TPE quality parameters such as Hardness, Tensile, Elongation, MFI and Density.
- Ability to understand production formulations and follow process instructions.
- Good machine-handling and troubleshooting skills.
- Responsible, hardworking and willing to work in shifts.
