About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Export Manager who can independently manage and oversee the entire export operations of the company. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the export business, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure smooth and timely execution of all export-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the complete export operations, from order processing to final delivery.
- Handle export documentation, shipping coordination, logistics, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, banks, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and follow up on export payments, receivables, and payment-related documentation.
- Ensure timely realization of export payments and resolve payment-related issues proactively.
- Ensure smooth and seamless transition of export orders from processing to shipment and delivery.
- Track shipments and proactively address delays, discrepancies, or operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to exports, shipments, payments, and customers.
- Ensure compliance with applicable export procedures, regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and take proactive measures to improve efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.




- Use technology and AI tools for business to improve productivity, reporting, communication, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.

Candidate Requirements

- Proven experience in Export Management / Export Operations.
- Solid practical knowledge of the export business and end-to-end export processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Strong understanding of export payments and documentation.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Should be proactive, responsible, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to handle multiple export orders and priorities simultaneously.
- Should be comfortable using AI tools and modern business technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a result-oriented approach.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates residing in South Kolkata / South Calcutta will be preferred.
