Must have engineering degree with minimum 10 Year experience Mining/refinery industry.. Plan, manage and execute gold exploration programs from regional exploration through resource definition. Develop annual exploration plans, budgets, schedules and technical work programs.
Identify and prioritize gold exploration targets using geological, geochemical and geophysical data. Conduct and supervise geological mapping, rock-chip sampling, soil sampling and channel sampling. Plan and supervise Reverse Circulation (RC) and Diamond Drilling (DD) programs.
Manage drill contractors, field crews, laboratories and other exploration service providers. Supervise drill-core logging, geological interpretation, structural mapping and sampling activities.
