About TEACH

Established in 2016, TEACH operates across Mumbai, Pune and Delhi, empowering Deaf and Hard of Hearing students through higher education, skills development and career readiness. Our Placement Cell facilitates internships and employment opportunities while partnering with corporates to promote inclusive hiring through sensitization, training and post-placement support.

Role

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Executive – Center for Industry Engagement and Partnership based in Mumbai/Delhi. The role will manage the end-to-end placement process, build corporate partnerships, and support students in achieving successful career outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete placement and internship cycle, from sourcing opportunities to student onboarding and post-placement follow-up.
- Identify and develop new corporate leads and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, recruiters and employers.
- Coordinate job fairs, campus recruitment drives, interviews, assessments and corporate engagement activities.
- Guide students on career opportunities, resume/CV preparation, interview readiness, workplace expectations and job selection.
- Match students' skills, qualifications and career interests with suitable job opportunities.
- Coordinate with employers and students to ensure smooth communication, selection and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate placement MIS, employer databases, student records and outcome reports.
- Track applications, interviews, selections, offers, joining and post-placement outcomes.
- Work closely with internal academic and training teams to improve student placement readiness.




- Address student and employer concerns and ensure a positive experience for both stakeholders.
- Represent TEACH professionally while developing and strengthening corporate partnerships.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Master's degree is an added advantage.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Placement, HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Relations or Career Services.
- Experience in corporate outreach, campus recruitment or employer engagement preferred.

Skills & Competencies

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Hindi and/or Marathi preferred.
- Solid interpersonal, relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to guide, motivate and counsel students professionally.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office/Excel; knowledge of LinkedIn
- High emotional maturity, integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Self-driven, adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Travel Requirements

- Willingness to travel across INDIA for employer meetings, corporate outreach, recruitment drives and placement activities.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
