We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Trading Analyst to support our high-speed trading desk by performing real-time calculations, monitoring trade execution data, and managing trading models in Excel. This role requires solid numerical skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work accurately under time pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update Excel-based tools for P&L;, exposure, and position tracking.
- Perform high-speed calculations such as slippage, spread, and latency impact.
- Reconcile trades and manage data flow between trading platforms and Excel reports.
- Develop and improve Excel models using advanced formulas, PivotTables, and macros
- Interface with traders to provide real-time updates on trade status and market anomalies.
- Generate and automate end-of-day trading reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness during trading hours.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Excel, including:
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- SUMIF, INDEX-MATCH
- PivotTables & Conditional Formatting
- Data Validation & Named Ranges
- Basic Macros or VBA (preferred)




- Solid math aptitude and mental calculation ability (percentages, spreads, averages, etc.)
- Understanding of financial markets and trading concepts (buy/sell, P&L;, margin, tick size)
- Ability to handle high-pressure, time-sensitive tasks accurately
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Math, Statistics, or related field
