Role Overview

As the Head of Event Production at Wizcraft, you will lead the technical, logistical, and structural engineering for India’s most high-profile experiential campaigns, brand activations, mega corporate launches, and large-scale public initiatives. Based out of our Gurgaon office, this leadership role requires a production maestro who can seamlessly convert ambitious creative treatments into structural reality. You will command our extensive North-India vendor ecosystem, manage a multi-tiered on-ground crew, and uphold Wizcraft’s signature standard of flawless, IP-grade execution.

Core Responsibilities

Large-Scale Operations & Execution Leadership

- Translate complex creative treatments into structurally sound, premium physical fabrications, large-scale exhibitions, and immersive consumer journeys.
- Spearhead on-ground technical execution for national multi-city roadshows, high-security government/PSU summits, auto expos, and tech-driven corporate pop-ups.
- Conduct rigorous technical recces to analyze loading capacities, crowd movement, power routing, and spatial limitations at premium venues across North India.
- Standardize strict operational timelines, project deployment matrices, and swift post-event site tear-downs.

Technical AV & Premium Fabrication Engineering

- Supervise complex set designs and premium staging fabrications, ensuring world-class finishes and unwavering structural integrity.
- Direct massive AV systems deployment, including advanced line-array audio grids, complex intelligent lighting plots, and expansive LED mapping configurations.
- Integrate cutting-edge experiential technologies, including interactive projection mapping, AR/VR hubs, kinetic automation,



and hybrid live-streaming ecosystems.

Vendor Ecosystem & Procurement Governance

- Command and expand Wizcraft’s premium ecosystem of sub-contractors, fabricators, structure engineers, and advanced technical suppliers.
- Enforce rigid Service Level Agreements (SLAs), evaluate structural safety certificates, and oversee post-event vendor financial clearings.
- Lead aggressive commercial negotiations to maximize production margins while safeguarding material quality and in office aesthetics.

Financial Management & Statutory Compliance

- Own the macro production P&L; for the region, tracking resource allocations, cash flows, and operational cost-efficiencies.
- Develop meticulous Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and technical cost matrices to back competitive, multi-crore agency pitches.
- Navigate local statutory compliance frameworks, securing fire safety permits, structural stability sign-offs, and municipal permissions.

Required Profile & Technical Competencies

10–15 years in live event production, with a proven track record of 4+ years leading production departments at top-tier experiential or event agencies.

Industry Background:

Extensive experience executing large corporate conferences, high-end automobile launches, large expo pavilions, or major televised events.

Technical Expertise:

Master-level understanding of scenography, structural load limits, electrical load distributions, and staging materials.

Leadership Style:

Decisive on-ground crisis management skills; ability to remain calm and authoritative under tight timeline pressures.

Logistics Flexibility:

Comfortable with irregular, intensive event hours and frequent travel for outstation builds.
