We are looking for Events & Partnerships to lead end-to-end event execution while building strong venue, vendor, and brand collaborations. This role requires high ownership, strong on-ground execution, and the ability to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences.

Planning & Execution Plan and execute workshops, retreats, and community events end-to-end Manage on-ground operations including setup, ambience, A/V, logistics, registrations, and flow Ensure a seamless,



premium event experience Manage event inventory and procurement Conduct recces, negotiate commercials, and build long-term partnerships Identify and onboard new vendors aligned with brand requirements Identify and onboard brand partners across wellness, lifestyle, and premium categories Drive collaborations for co-hosted events, sponsorships, and gifting Build relationships with brand, PR, and marketing teams Project Management & Coordination Work closely with Marketing, Community, Guides, and Operations teams Manage timelines, budgets, and execution across events 1-8 years of experience in event management (agency background preferred)
