WE'RE HIRING – EVENT MANAGER Company: Dragone Media Location: Wakad, Pune Position: Event Manager – Events, Activations & Community Job Type: Full-Time | Office Field Salary: ₹22,000–₹25,000 per month Incentives About the RoleDragone Media is looking for an energetic and responsible Event Manager who can independently manage automotive events, motorcycle rides, brand activations, community events and on-ground operations . This is not a desk-only position. The candidate should be comfortable travelling, working at event locations, managing teams and taking responsibility for complete event execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute events and brand activations from start to finish. Manage motorcycle rides and automotive community events. Handle IT Park and corporate brand activations. Coordinate with clients, dealerships, vendors and venues.

Manage promoters, event crew, volunteers and support teams. Handle event setup, branding, inventory and logistics. Coordinate participant registrations and community communication.

Manage

WhatsApp/community groups and participant updates. Prepare event schedules, checklists and execution plans. Coordinate transportation, accommodation and food arrangements. Handle last-minute on-ground problems and ensure smooth execution. Maintain event data,



attendance and reports. Submit post-event reports, photographs, videos and other required deliverables. Ensure company assets and branding materials are properly maintained. Travel for outstation events whenever required.
