We are seeking a skilled and collaborative ETL Developer with6+years of experienceto design,develop, andmaintainrobust data integration solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, utilizing Talend Data Integration to build scalable, secure, and high-performing data pipelines. You will thrive in an Agile environment, championing continuous improvement and delivering incremental value.

Primary Skills:

Right Product Delivery (Business Value)

- Understand and challenge business requirements by gaining hands-on insight into business activities.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Design and develop solutions that strictly adhere to corporate architecture (EA) rules, including security, integration guidelines, and group methodologies.
- Validate the global solution and contribute to smooth deployment through change management, communication, and training support.

Technical Excellence (Deliver Right & Fast)

- Architect and develop stable, scalable, secure, and easy-to-maintain data solutions with a strong focus on non-functional requirements and excellent user experience.
- Adopt an incremental "Do & Learn" approach tooptimizelead times.
- Implement automation for component testing and deployment to ensure fast, continuous delivery of functionalities.

Solution Maintenance & Support

- Maintain andoptimizeexisting solutions within ongoing operations.




- Provide reliableLevel 3 supportto troubleshoot,optimize, and resolve complex data pipeline issues.

Team Performance & Collaboration

- Demonstrate Agile and Lean values daily: cooperation, transparency,&courage.;
- Continuously reflect on team effectiveness, actively tuning team norms and helping to update organizational IT standards.

Required Skills Good to have

- ETL Expertise:6+years of dedicated, hands-on experience in ETL Development, with a proventrack recordin data migration and complex data transformation projects.
- Primary Tool:Talend Data Integration (DI), GRAFANA, SQL, KAFKA,Solid foundational knowledge ofJava& Azure fundamentals
- Secondary: Any ETL tool,Open telemetry, HTML, MQ.
- Data Architecture:Solid foundational understanding of core ETL concepts, Data Warehousing (DWH) architecture, and Data Modeling principles.
- Database Proficiency:Advancedproficiencyin writing andoptimizingSQL queries. Robust experience with at least two major database technologies (e.g.,SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
- Agile Mindset:Practical experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks, with a knack for automation (CI/CD, automated testing for ETL).

- Strong communicationskills to effectively translate business needs into technical designs.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on optimization and operational stability.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to evolving architectural standards.
