Key Responsibilities
Quantity Surveying
- Prepare BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) and calculate finishing quantities for high-rise building projects.
- Prepare accurate BOQs (Bills of Quantities) aligned with project requirements.
Budgeting & Costing:
- Develop and manage project budgets, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
- Analyze costs and recommend cost-efficient strategies.
Cost Monitoring
- Monitor ongoing project costs to ensure adherence to budget.
- Track variances and recommend corrective actions.
Reconciliation
- Reconcile construction materials such as steel, concrete, cement, tiles, etc.
RERA Compliance
- Knowledge of RERA regulations and preparation of Architectural and Engineering Certificates.
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD for measurement and drawing interpretation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.**
