Job Title: Entry-Level US Tax Associate (Voice Process)

About the Role

WorthPrime Tax is looking for enthusiastic Entry-Level US Tax Associates to join our US Tax Voice Process team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who aspire to build a career in US Taxation.

The role involves interacting with US-based clients over calls, assisting them with tax-related queries, collecting the required information and documents, and ensuring a smooth client experience throughout the tax preparation process.

Who Can Apply?

- Graduates from any stream (Preference will be given to Commerce graduates, BBA, and MBA candidates.)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of Voice Process/BPO experience

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based clients.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Explain the tax filing process and company services clearly.
- Request, collect, and follow up for required tax documents.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the company's CRM.
- Coordinate with internal tax preparation teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Resolve basic client queries and escalate complex issues whenever required.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent spoken English (Mandatory)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email,



Internet, and Data Entry)
- Ability to learn internal CRM and tax software
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts aligned with US business hours
- Self-motivated, punctual, and well-organized

Work Timings

- May to November: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- December to April (US Tax Season): 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
- Shift timings may be revised based on business requirements.

Employment Terms

- Probation Period: 3 Months
- Full salary will be paid during the probation period.
- Employees will become eligible for leave benefits as per the company policy upon successful completion of probation and confirmation of employment.
